RETURN POLICY


We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt free of charge within 30 days of delivery. We will accommodate a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days.

REFUND POLICY

You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 days — issued in the form of the original payment or a Gift Card. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. PayPal exchanges must be even — any balance will need to be charged to a credit card.

For returning an item purchased with a Gift Card, the refund is issued as an eGift and emailed as soon as the return is processed.

Merchandise must meet our requirements for return:

  • Full-price and sale items in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery
  • Outlet-store items may be returned within 14 days of delivery to outlet stores only — they are not returnable in full-price retail stores
  • Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned
  • In-store purchases cannot be returned at toryburch.com
  • Items purchased at a department store or any other store selling Tory Burch merchandise can be returned only to that store
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements

When you use PayPal, online returns are refunded to your PayPal account.

You will receive your refund in the original form of payment once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation and process your refund within 14 days. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We will gladly accommodate a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days of the order date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact Client Services and refer to the order number on your packing slip or order confirmation email.

SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Your happiness with your order is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly accept it for a full refund at our expense. Please return the item and a claim will be processed.
